Effective date: March 29, 2026. This page explains the categories of information CoolDeal may process when you use The Swarm, why that information is used, and how to request correction or deletion.
CoolDeal is built around visible execution, human approvals, and success-based pricing. That model still requires us to process account data, mission inputs, billing records, and security signals so the product can operate safely and produce accountable outcomes.

Use Principles
We use submitted information to prepare missions, route approvals, maintain auditability, and return the results you asked CoolDeal to produce.
Billing-related records are used to verify confirmed success events, investigate disputes, and keep the success-only pricing model accountable.
Operational logs and security signals are used to detect abuse, preserve product integrity, and respond when automation or human actors misuse the system.
Retention & Control
We retain data for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the product, support active workflows, meet legal obligations, and resolve fraud or billing issues.
Some sensitive workflow artifacts may be subject to shorter retention windows where CoolDeal configures limited-lifetime storage for safety or operational reasons.
If you want account data deleted or corrected, contact enterprise@cooldeal.ai and identify the relevant account, channel, or mission context.
If you use third-party channels or payment providers, their own policies also apply to the data you choose to send through those systems.
