Human approval remains required
You are responsible for approvals, submitted information, and any external actions you authorize through the product. CoolDeal is designed to assist execution, not to silently replace user judgment.
Success-based pricing
Where pricing is tied to confirmed wins or specific paid actions, charges are governed by the product flow presented at the point of purchase or activation. Additional taxes or processor fees may apply where required.

Do not use CoolDeal to violate law, platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations you owe to third parties.
Do not attempt to abuse the service, reverse engineer protected systems, submit fraudulent claims, or use the product to harass, deceive, or manipulate others.
CoolDeal may suspend access or refuse workflows that create safety, fraud, compliance, or abuse risks.
Except where the product explicitly says otherwise, CoolDeal provides software assistance and workflow tooling, not legal advice, tax advice, or fiduciary representation.
